First and foremost, we want to say thank you.  We are so fortunate to come from a community that is so supportive of their neighbors and essentially small businesses. 

 So here is a little back story.  Mark and I met eight years ago working in a restaurant and wine bar.  What started as friendship turned into romance and here we are years down the road with two dogs, a home, his girls, and a little boy of our own.  For as long as I can remember, we have always talked about opening a restaurant or food truck, what with my fascination with the hospitality culture and his real-life experience, but it never felt right…until now. 

 I think that it is safe to say that the pandemic has made us all re-evaluate life.  Food is our passion, and we are firm believers that with good food usually comes even better company.  Nine times out of ten, when we host, we are creating a charcuterie board for our family and friends to enjoy.  Enter 805 Charcuterie.  

 Our goal is to share with you our love for meats, cheeses, and I will admit it…wine, all while creating ever lasting memories with those you love.  So, buckle up and grab a board, we are going to make this a gouda one!
